Minimum order: We can only accept orders for $15 (pre-tax) or more. There is a $5 handling fee on orders below $25.
Method of payment: We accept cheque, bank draft as well as credit card (VISA & MASTERCARD). Orders paid by credit card will be released for order fulfillment upon receipt of approval from your credit card company. Orders paid by cheque or bank draft will be held until we receive confirmation that the cheque or bank draft has cleared.
Sales Tax: Will be calculated based only upon the ship-to address supplied.

Changes to an order: Orders are typically shipped out within two business days. If one of our customer service reps receives your change request before the order has shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Changes to your order may change the amount you will be charged. The freight charge may also change.
Cancellation of an order: If one of our customer service reps receives your cancellation request before the order has shipped, we will cancel your order without any charges.
Changes to an order or cancellation after an order has shipped: You will need to contact our customer service once you receive the order to arrange for a return. Freight charges will not be refunded. Additional freight charges may apply. Please see our “Returns” policy.
