Since your satisfaction with our products is our highest priority, we will accept returns within 30 days of the date your order leaves our facility. Products must be in unused, undamaged and re-sellable condition and returned in original packaging. Only products purchased on our website will be accepted.
All returns or exchanges require an authorization number from our customer service department.
Please include the following items with your returned package(s):
- The return authorization number;
- Your invoice (which came with your shipment);
- The reason for your return;
- If this is an exchange, please specify exactly what product you would like;
- Freight charges, if any, will not be refunded;
- Additional freight charges will be applied if exchanging a product;
- You will receive credit within 7 – 10 business days of receipt of returned goods;
